In this workshop participants will learn:
Muslim men's mental wellness is often a taboo topic. The stigma surrounding our mental wellness prevents many of us from seeking support. This 6 weeks psycho-educational workshop will provide an interactive platform to highlight ways in which we can enhance our mental wellness , creative expressions, and coping strategies. Topics of discussion will include, (1) Self Awareness, (2) Children and Parenting, (3) Work Life Balance, (4) Dealing with Hardships, (5) Motivation, and (6) Goal Setting. Take the first step and explore ways in which you can express, engage, and elevate!
